GTU Title IX Coordinators
If you have been the victim of sexual misconduct, we encourage you to call 911 and report it to the Berkeley Police Department. You may also report the matter to one of the coordinators listed above. In either case you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.

STUDENT SEXUAL MISCONDUCT POLICY
Title IX refers to a section of the Education Amendments of 1972 law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex (or gender) in educational programs and activities at schools that receive federal financial assistance. Sex discrimination includes sexual harassment and sexual assault or violence, all of which are prohibited by the Graduate Theological Union (GTU).
GTU Non-Discrimination Policy
The GTU does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, veteran status, marital status, medical condition or perceived medical condition, or any other characteristic protected by law in its programs or activities.
As a community of scholars devoted to research, learning, and teaching, we are committed to creating and maintaining an environment free of all forms of sexual misconduct.
一道本不卡免费高清All forms of sexual misconduct are prohibited, including sexual and gender-related violence, assault, harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
Every member of the GTU community should be aware that such behavior is prohibited by law and school policy. The GTU will take prompt action to prevent, correct, and discipline behavior that is found to violate school policy, where appropriate, in the judgment of GTU.
Title IX Coordinator
一道本不卡免费高清The Title IX Coordinator is the person designated by GTU to oversee GTU’s Student Sexual Misconduct Policy and to whom anyone with questions about this Policy may be referred. The Title IX Coordinator also oversees the training, prevention, and education efforts by GTU as it relates under this Policy.
The GTU encourages all members of the GTU community who believe they have been victims of sexual misconduct to report these incidents to local law enforcement authorities and to seek medical attention.

How to Report an Incident
By submitting a written complaint by email to the GTU’s Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Coordinator as follows:
By completing the Complaint and Intake Form.
By submitting a report using the online reporting form available at this link:
NOTE: The online reporting tool of GTU is hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party company contracted by GTU to administer its online reporting tool options.
All reports of incidents of possible sexual misconduct will be reported to the Title IX Coordinator.
